Terms & Conditions

The total cost for use of Molto Bella Weddings and Events as described in the contract is $__________ plus Louisiana sales tax, $______________ (10.44%). To reserve venue on the date requested, Molto Bella Weddings and Events requires an official contract be signed and an initial deposit of $500.00.  A second deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the balance is due 120 days prior to the event date.   Payment of the remaining balance of the rental fee is due 60 days in advance of the event. Payments may be spread out between those dates specified, if desired. Proof of special event insurance is due 30 days prior to event date. Deposits and payments are to be made payable to Molto Bella Weddings and Events, LLC on the schedule noted below.  We accept checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, and cash.  We do not accept credit or debit cards.

Contracts are also available for 90 days, 60 days, and 30 days or less till event.



*Initial $500 Deposit – secures date and is non-refundable.

All deposits and payments, thereafter, are nonrefundable if cancellation is by the Client. However, if Molto Bella Weddings and Events can resell the venue date to another party, client will be refunded money paid in, less the $500 Initial Deposit.

Security Deposit $500.00 – If there are no damages/breach of contract, security deposit will  be refunded within one week of your event. 

Molto Bella requires you to purchase a liability policy for your event, and host liability if alcohol is served.

Wedding liability insurance and special events liability insurance policies provide the Client protection in case of injury, property damage or alcohol-related accidents.  These are inexpensive policies for the day of the event.

Lack of security deposit (30 days prior to event date), a special events insurance policy (30 days prior to event date) and balance in full (60 days prior to event date) will be in breach of your contract and you will forfeit your reservation with no refunds.
