“Molto Bella was the perfect place for our wedding!! The venue on its own is beautiful and you absolutely get your moneys worth if you book with Carolyn! Her and her sons are extremely accommodating and ready to help with anything you need! Honestly though the best thing about Molto Bella is the amount of inventory they have! After paying for the venue the only thing I had to buy decorations wise was flowers!! She had table cloths, chairs, table decorations, a decorative wall with a neon sign we used for pictures(pictured), lanterns and vases for the tables and aisle all available to use with no extra cost! Once you book you have the venue for the whole weekend if you want it, which made set up and clean up so stress free. I mean I can’t say enough how worth it it was!”

“In July of 2021 I had the honor of photographing Carmen and Arturo’s wedding at Molto Bella Weddings & Events in Calhoun, La. The facilities look like something out of a fairy tale. The architecture and grounds have a heavy hispanic influence. The day was absolutely beautiful in terms of weather and stunning in terms of bride and groom attire. I second shot this wedding with David of Double Windsor Photography, and I was with the groom, Arturto for most of the day. One of my favorite parts of the day was capturing some special moments before the wedding with Arturo and his father in the groom prep area. They played foosball and chess, but the room included a refrigerator and several video game consoles. After the ceremony, I was able to capture some beautiful photos of the bride and groom in a secluded garden area near the front of the property. The reception was amazing. There was a real live mariachi band, a smoke machine, and lots of dancing. Although this location was almost 4 hours away, it was a wonderful experience and I wish Carmen and Arturo a lifetime of happiness.” (Mar. 29, 2022)

They both have indoor and outdoor spaces (all equally as beautiful and you get ALL of them to pick from depending on the weather that week), and they very comfortably fit our large 300+ people wedding. They also have an inventory room full of decor so we barely had to buy anything. Chairs and tables and lighting and decor are essentially all included in the price!!! The design of the property transports you to a Tuscan villa without ever leaving Calhoun. The details in the building are exquisite everywhere you look. The gardens are full of fragrance and blooms and maintained with a love and patience you can see and feel as soon as you walk into the venue. We had the wedding outside, but we had the beautiful Grand hall for an option in case of rain, which eliminated any worries we had about weather. They offer many amenities and accessories to you at no cost so definitely check with them before you purchase any decorations. As a bride’s mother the fact that so many items were available at the location as well as they handle all set up , take down and clean up this was a huge relief to me after long week. I would definitely recommend Molto Bella for any event. We used the location for the rehearsal dinner, wedding and the reception and loved the convenience this provided. “Our band played the Parker/Booth wedding at Molto Bella on Feb. 27, 2021. There are so many great things to say about this venue. The band load in was quick and easy (no stairs or steps), the ballroom stage was large and spacious, with plenty of room for sound and lighting production. The ceremony cathedral and reception ballroom were very clean and exquisite looking. The thing that really stood out to all our band members was how incredibly hospitable the entire staff at Molto Bella treated our band through the entire day and evening. They went out of their way to make sure that we were fed and always had a bottle of water or whatever beverage we needed. The bartender always had a smile on his face and friendly conversations with the band. Even at the end of the night after we had the trailer loaded and we were getting ready to leave for our trip back to Dallas- the head of the catering staff came outside and asked all the band members if they needed bottled water, soft drinks, or fresh coffee before we departed. We were treated like family, and we loved it!!!”
