Do you have my date available?
Contact us to check available dates and to set up a tour of our facilities. We will hold your date as pending for 10 days from time of visit without deposit or contract. On the 11th day, the date will be released unless a signed contract and deposit is provided. chill@moltobellaweddings.com
Are you an indoor or outdoor venue?

We are both. Access to all areas is included in your rental fee.

What is the back-up plan for rain if using outdoor space?
Generally, weddings and events are booked far in advance, thus, making it is impossible to predict the weather. Molto Bella knows this can be very stressful and has provided accommodations in our spacious indoors area as part of your rental. Our staff will work with you the day of/ day before the wedding to determine if an outdoor or indoor setup is preferred. Keep in mind, the indoor reception area is yours to use regardless of the weather.

Even if it doesn’t rain, the weather may be warmer, or humid, or colder than expected. We provide fans, and outdoor heaters, as needed, as part of your package. Indoors has AC/heat.

How many weddings or events will be booked on my special day?

Once you have booked with us, the entire day and all indoor and outdoor areas of the venue belong exclusively to you.

When and how long do we have for a rehearsal?

If you choose the one day package, a time will be mutually determined for a 2-hour rehearsal according to availability.

If you choose a two day package, you will have the full day before the wedding to take care of the rehearsal, decorating, vendors, etc., without a time limit. Then sleep well, knowing all the details have been taken care of and you can relax the day of the wedding.

Can things be moved around?

Yes. Every wedding and event are custom. No extra fee is added.

Are we limited to one floor plan?

ABSOLUTELY NOT. Molto Bella provides many areas with many ways to set up and decorate. Every wedding and event at Molto Bella are unique.

How far in advance do we need to reserve our day?

Do not take too long to book your special date. Wedding and event venues book up quickly.

Do you offer any discounts?

Deposits, refunds & cancellations?

Refund policy: Initial Deposit is Nonrefundable. Further payments, if the Licensee/Guarantor cancels the date, will only be refunded if the date can be sold to another party. All monies collected from a new Licensee (that have been paid by former Licensee/Guarantor) for the same date will be refunded less the Initial Nonrefundable Deposit. We will try to sell the date for the same amount. However, dates that are canceled close to the scheduled event date may be hard to sell and may be offered at a discount to recoup as much money as possible for the Licensee/Guarantor that canceled.

Under some circumstances, the Licensee/Guarantor may need to reschedule the date. This will be considered case by case. If the Licensor cancels (not due to uncontrollable circumstances), a full refund will be returned to Licensee/Guarantor.

Please be aware that Cancellation Insurance is available for very reasonable prices. We do not require it.

What are your accommodations for the handicapped and elderly?

Molto Bella has a friendly environment for the handicapped and elderly. All activities are on the ground level. Ramps are provided on the pavilions for those that are unable to climb one or two steps. We provide plenty of seating areas. Easy access to restrooms. We have a drive-through drop off and pick up that can be used for elderly or handicapped guests that are unable to walk from the parking lot.

 

Is there ample parking?

Yes, there is ample free parking. There is a short walk from the parking area to the wedding area. We also have a drive-through drop off and pick up for special circumstances.

Any restrictions regarding rice, etc.?

Rice and Glitter – RESTRICTED

Birdseed and Bubbles – OUTSIDE ONLY

Silk Rose Petals or Ribbon Pieces – INSIDE ONLY

Confetti – RESTRICTED; Special Holidays – INSIDE ONLY

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, alcohol is permitted. Molto Bella does not sell alcohol. Alcohol may be provided by the licensee. Molto Bella requires licensee to purchase a special events liability policy with an added liquor liability to the policy for any type alcohol served. Liability limit shall be no less than one million dollars and Molto Bella shall be included on the policy.

This coverage is used to provide protection in the case of alcohol being erroneously furnished to a minor, or any statute, ordinance, or regulation in relation to the sale, gift, distribution, or use of alcoholic beverages. It also provides the licensee protection in case of injury, property damage or alcohol-related accidents.

If alcohol is on premises, Ouachita Parish deputies will be required for security. As your date approaches, we will help you with arrangements.

What is Special Events Liability Insurance?

A special events liability insurance policy is a policy that covers the days of the event.

It is used to protect the licensee/insured involved in the event against property damage or bodily injury caused by agents or employees/vendors or guests of the insured. Venues generally require a minimum of one million dollars and to be included on the policy.

Molto Bella requires a Special Events Liability policy with or without alcohol.

Liquor liability insurance is required only if any type of alcohol is served or brought on the premises. See details under Is Alcohol Allowed?

Cancellation insurance (not required by Molto Bella) is used to protect insured in the case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as foul weather, or a vendor such as the photographer or caterer doesn’t show, etc. It can cover the loss of deposits and costs already paid in advance should the event be canceled by the licensee/insured.

Society has become more litigious than ever. You always need to protect yourself as much as possible from the unforeseen and worst-case scenarios. This is for your protection as well as your employees/vendors and those attending your events.

We are located 15 minutes east of Ruston, LA and 15 minutes west of West Monroe, LA with easy access to interstate I-20. There are many hotels to choose from.
